We normally confirm a review within two business days of receiving your request. If you send existing drawings, a process description or a short summary of the control problem, the review itself can often be completed in a single session, with a written scope to follow. Clients under a support contract receive priority scheduling.
Yes. Our design work is carried out from the Seah Street drawing office, and our commissioning teams mobilise to sites across the wider region. Travel and site allowances are stated transparently in the quotation so there are no surprises later.
We can, provided we are allowed to survey the existing work properly. That means reviewing drawings, reading the installed software, and testing the loops that are already in service. Where documentation is missing, our survey reconstructs it, and any gaps are reported before we accept responsibility for the system.
