Six loop sheets, one commissioning philosophy
Each sheet below is a working summary of a service line. The tag tab on the left is the loop number we would carry through your project files; the sheets are staggered because every project starts at a different point in the circuit.
T1
Control Panel and Loop Design
We translate a process description into a buildable control panel and a full set of loop sheets. That means selecting instrumentation, defining signal types, laying out terminal blocks and marshalling, sizing power distribution, and documenting every loop with its own tag. The output is a drawing set a panel workshop can build without guesswork and a client can maintain for the life of the asset. This is the discipline of the drawing office, and it is where a project is won or quietly lost.
Our panel designs are built for serviceability: labelled terminals, segregated power and signal routing, spare capacity, and clear as-built revisions. Read more on the Services page.

SCADA and HMI Integration
The operator interface is the human end of every loop. We build SCADA and HMI layers that mirror the plant logically, not just pictorially, with alarm rationalisation, trend groups, role-based access and clear navigation paths. Our screens are designed for a tired operator on a night shift: high contrast, unambiguous states, and no decorative clutter. We integrate historian data, reporting and remote access while keeping the control network properly segmented.
See how the interface layer connects to the rest of our work on the Services page.
T3
Factory Acceptance Testing
Before a panel ever reaches site, we prove it on the bench. Factory acceptance testing exercises every input and output, simulates process conditions, verifies alarm and interlock behaviour, and records the result against the design drawings. The client is invited to witness the test and to challenge the logic while it is still cheap to change. A signed FAT report is a contractual milestone, and we treat it as one.
Our FAT procedures and witness schedule are described on the Services page.

System Commissioning and Handover
Commissioning is where drawings meet reality. Our engineers loop-check field wiring, configure controllers, tune control loops, prove interlocks under live conditions, and progressively hand systems to the operations team. We document every deviation, manage the punch list to closure, and deliver an as-built package with calibration records and operating instructions. Handover is not a ceremony; it is the point at which responsibility transfers, and we prepare for it from day one.
The full commissioning sequence is set out on the Services page.
T5
Legacy System Migration
Aging control systems become fragile long before they fail completely. We survey legacy panels, capture undocumented logic, reverse-engineer interlock relationships, and plan a migration that keeps the plant running during the transition. Our approach favours staged cutovers, parallel running where risk justifies it, and a clean data model for the new platform. The result is a modern control layer that preserves the operational knowledge built into the old one.
Migration strategy and phasing are covered on the Services page.
T6
Support and Calibration Contracts
A commissioned plant is the beginning, not the end. Our support contracts cover scheduled calibration, drift checks, spare parts planning, software backups, and a defined response path for control faults. We keep the asset register current so that maintenance decisions rest on real data rather than memory. Clients who hold a support contract also receive priority access to our engineering team for small modifications and troubleshooting.
Contract tiers and response terms are outlined on the Services page.
